Who we are

Ampli AI ("we", "us") provides AI training and set-up for Australian small businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@ampliai.com.au.

What we collect

  • When you contact us or book a call: your name, email, business details and whatever you tell us about your business.
  • When you become a client: the information needed to do the work, which may include how your business runs, your prices, your customers and examples of your writing.
  • When you buy a tool: your name, email and purchase details. Payments are handled by Stripe through Payhip. We never see or store your card details.
  • When you share your experience with us: your name, email, business and your words. Sending the form gives us permission to publish your words with your name and business on our website and social media. Your email is never published, and we will take a testimonial down if you ask.
  • When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are viewed.

Call recordings

We record calls so we can concentrate on you rather than on taking notes. We tell you at the start of every call, and you can ask us not to record. Recordings and transcripts are used only to do your work, and are never shared or published.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to do the work you have asked for, to send what you have asked to receive, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.

Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run the business: Google Workspace (email and files), Cal.com (bookings), Stripe and Payhip (payments and product delivery), Fathom (call recordings), and our email tool if you have asked to hear from us. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Email

We only email you marketing if you have asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it straight away.

Complaints

Tell us and we will fix it. Looking after our clients is our number one priority, and we will take every step to put things right.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
